Mr Bernard Le Tessier Year 6 Blue

Again, the year has gone by at a rapid rate. This year I have had the great pleasure of seeing a group of enthusiastic and polite boys grow and develop into fine young men. There have been many highlights along the course of the year.

In Term 1 the year group attended a leadership camp/ retreat at Camp Kelly in Dwellingup.

This assisted in preparing the boys to receive the sacrament of Confirmation in their parish. Sporting highlights were many. Particularly meritorious events included the regaining of the Ian McRae Cup in the derby game against Aquinas. The Year 6 classes also experienced a very successful tour to Kalgoorlie. The boys learnt a great deal about the history and importance of the goldfields to the development of WA, and the camaraderie displayed was exceptional: really displaying that TC Spirit of being Men for Others.

I look forward to following their continued growth and development throughout the Senior School.

One of my favourite memories was in Year 5 when we got an incubator and eggs. Our first chicken was called Usain Bolt because it was the first chicken to hatch. Every day we held them for about ten minutes. Trey Dawson

My favourite was the Ian McRae Cup. Our whole team played well and it was a wonderful win. Following the game we had hotdogs and a drink. Jayden Egitto
