Introducing new partners in the Balkans by Ken Millwood, TEN Partners Officer
Over the past few years TEN has intentionally strengthened our relationships with existing partners and started to build connections with some new ones (Zoom has helped with this!) These short profiles are to introduce three new partners in Albania and North Macedonia. KATERINA KOLEVA, SEAM, NORTH MACEDONIA Katerina Koleva says, “Since I was a child I always found it very interesting to study the Bible. I would gather with my friends, and we would read from old, damaged New Testaments.
“When I went to study at university I came across SEAM (Student Evangelical Association of Macedonia). At that time the love and fire for diving deep in the scriptures reminded me for what I used to do as a child and very soon I became one of the most active students, who would lead Bible discussions and organise events and gatherings. “I am now leading SEAM as General Secretary. Our main focus is reaching out to students through different events, visiting student dormitories and connecting with students while sharing coffee, street evangelism at the campus, libraries and parks, personal evangelism and creating an online platform for podcast and videos on relevant topics.” Katerina is married to Mihail (a.k.a. Mile), who heads up Royal Rangers in North Macedonia. They have two young children. 20
