TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders require approval by Dionis (CCP, Inc.) Product for resale only. All prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice and are at the sole discretion of Dionis.
Online Retailers: Dionis allows selling only through approved retail locations. Each approved online account must maintain MSRP pricing. Dionis products may not be sold on any 3rd party websites including but not limited to Amazon.com, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace. Failure to comply will result in closure of an account.
Order Minimums: Opening orders: $300 per resale location Reorders: $150 per resale location
Payment Terms: Initial orders must be paid by credit card. We accept all major credit cards and check payments. N30 is available with credit approval. We do not accept credit card payments on N30 invoices.
Shipping: All orders are FOB Warrington, PA, shipping via FedEx ground. All freight is prepaid and added to invoice. Customers are responsible for freight on fi xture deliveries.
Returns and Claims: Returns that are not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges will be borne by the purchaser. Merchandise must be returned new. Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of goods and must be pre-authorized by Dionis. Any unauthorized return will be subject to 50% restocking fee plus freight, including refused or undeliverable goods.
Damaged & Defective Product: Must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
