Rent the Rink Community Room

Don’t want to host a party in your home? Rent the Hommocks Park Ice Rink Community Room for group meetings or private parties. Rental Fees are based on a four hour period. Room dimensions are 46’ x 40’ with a maximum occupancy of 131 people. No smoking or alcohol is allowed. There is a 9:00 pm curfew.

Larchmont-Mamaroneck based Not for Profit Organizations

$400/4hr. rental; $75 for each additional hour. Not-for-Profit Organizations

$450/4hr. rental; $75 for each additional hour.

Resident Private Party

$450/4hr. rental; $75 for each additional hour. Nonresident Private Party

$575/4hr. rental; $75 for each additional hour.
