Learn to jump, kick, and groove! This combo camp covers the basics of cheerleading arm positions, jumps and cheers combined with funky, upbeat, age-appropriate hip hop moves. Students will do fun craft projects like designing megaphones and shirts! Each student will get a pair of pom poms of their very own to take home. The crafts will become their costume for the final performance for friends and family on the last day of camp. Bring a daily snack and water. $25 materials fee due to instructor on first day of camp. Latin Rhythm Dance Camp Age 6–11Y A+ Spanish Academy Staff Upa, Ole, finally a Latin Rhythm Dance Camp for children! From the Panamanian Cumbia, to the Dominican Merengue and Bachata, to the folkloric Mexican dance music, every dance move is fun and unique to Latin America. Stage lessons include; lip syncing tips, how to move on stage with a microphone and how to entertain an audience.
