Schlafly Beer’s Stout & Oyster Festival is back March 24 and 25 at the Schlafly Tap Room. As the largest event of its kind in the Midwest, it includes more than 80,000 oysters flown overnight to St. Louis from both coasts. The weekend also includes more than 10 stouts brewed exclusively for the festival. Schlafly works directly with oyster farmers, chefs and more from across North America who attend the festival as the “star shuckers,” shucking oysters on-site all weekend.
