TUN has been leading the way since 2004— teaching future doctors, nurses, physician assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists and educators for Nevada while caring for the community. TUN College of Osteopathic Medicine is Nevada’s largest medical school, offering degrees in osteopathic medicine and medical health sciences. The College of Health and Human Services offers healthcare-related degree programs in PT, OT, PA studies and nursing, as well as advanced degree and certificate programs in education. The School of Nursing offers an RN-BSN program, an M.S. in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner degree and a Doctor of Nursing Practice. Vital courses for healthcare workers are provided at the Stephen J. Cloobeck Regional Center for Disaster Life Support and the Michael Tang Regional Center for Clinical Simulation. TUN serves the community by providing needed care at The Health Center at TUN; the Stallman Touro Clinic at the Shade Tree Shelter; the Sharon Sigesmund Pierce & Stephen Pierce Center for Autism & Developmental Disabilities at TUN; and the Touro Mobile Healthcare Initiative.
