“We are seeing more and more online purchases of each market segment we serve, however, there is a lot left to be desired from the service and support aspects of those purchases,” explained President Michael Wells and Vice President Graham Jones. “We believe that we can have an online presence as well as be present for our customers after the sale in a servicing or support role.”
