Summer Adventures at Geist Waterfront Park

Explore the new 70-acre waterfront park featuring beach and water access to Geist Reservoir, a non-motorized boat launch and dock access for kayaks and canoes, a playground, and public gathering amenities The beach is open daily through Labor Day weekend from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Residents must register for Fishers SmartPass for entry to the park Learn more and sign up at playfishers com/GWP

Cul-de-sac Drills Are Back This Summer

The Fishers Fire Department returns to the cul-de-sacs for a second season of neighborhoods meeting firefighters one-onone. Geist Half Marathon & 5K

This community event features a half marathon with stunning views of Geist Reservoir and a family-friendly 5K through the new Geist Waterfront Park All participants receive a race shirt and finisher medal. Trails & Greenways Open House

The City of Fishers is seeking public input on future plans to develop a better-connected network of trails and greenways Stop by the Open House on Thursday, August 24 from 4 to 7 p m at Hub & Spoke (8100 E 106th Street, Ste 260) to provide feedback on proposed routes and facility types for Fishers trails and greenways. Fishers Farmers Market Club Day

As a part of the city's ongoing efforts to create a Stigma Free Fishers, join us at the first annual Club Day at the Fishers Farmers Market on Saturday, August 19 from 8 a m to noon at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater (6 Municipal Drive) to explore local clubs and civic groups to get involved in and build social connection within our community.
