AGE 46 JOB Elementary school teacher with Jefferson County Public Schools WORKOUT SPOT YMCA (Southern Indiana) and Savoy Fitness HER PASSION I truly became passionate about exercising and taking better care of myself about 15 years ago when my blood pressure spiked as a result of daily stress and genetics. MOTIVATION I think about the things I want to change, and I keep pushing myself to work toward making those changes. I try to focus on having a growth mindset and maintaining consistency. BEST WORKOUT The YMCA offers a Bodypump class. This class provides a barbell workout that helps me build strength and tone all major muscle groups. Doing squats with weights has benefited me the most. In addition, at Savoy Fitness I do boot camp (cardio) to help burn fat and increase my endurance.
