Following the automotive and aviation industries our interlocking aluminium wall frames are Henrob riveted together and designed to last past the life of a traditional timber frame and aluminium welded caravan, being impervious to rot, moisture, termites and cracking. Our walls are insulted with 24mm think high density PIR foam.

The roof is constructed with a unique one piece fibreglass panel that eliminates water leak points, is also hail resistant and insulates better than a framed roof.

Using steel sourced from Australian tube mills our chassis are designed and manufactured locally by Titanium and our boutique chassis fabricators. Our chassis are built for off-roading and come with an extended A-Frame as standard and can be optioned with a truss.

All of our qualified in-house tradespeople are experienced and dedicated to producing consistently high quality caravans, each and every time.

5. HAIL RESISTANT CLADDING

Vans are cladded with a 3mm hail resistant German RV composite cladding and 600mm high checker plate around the exterior in a variety of colours.
