CHINESE Coast Guard (CCG) ship collided with a boat contracted by the Philippine Navy and "bumped" into the Philippine Coast Guard's BRP Cabra that were heading to Ayungin (Second Thomas) Shoal for a resupply mission, officials said Sunday.
