BREN Esports bullish on outlook, to expand in Singapore

BREN Esports the Mobile Legends world champion in 2021 is set to expand its clout in Singapore.

Mobile Legends is the most famous and most downloaded mobile game having millions — and still growing -- esports players and enthusiasts following their favorite esports groups.

BREN Esports has installed discipline to all its players giving the team a formidable and super competitive image in the tough esports field.

This league also aims to be the main pool for national esports athletes who will compete in tournaments sanctioned by the SEA Games, Asian Games and the Olympics. Junior PGT Round 1 under way at Caliraya Springs

ACTION in the Junior PGT (Philippine Golf Tour) Series 2023 resumes Sunday (May 14) with a two-division tournament featuring bidders in the 9-10 and 11-12 (boys and girls) age categories at the Caliraya Springs Golf Club in Cavinti, Laguna.

Registration starts at 7 a.m. at Caliraya Springs clubhouse with the tournament firing off at 8 a.m. Green fees and lunch will be covered by the JPGT.

Organized by the PGT under the ICTSI golf program, the junior series kicked off at The Country Club in Laguna last January with the drive-chipputt competition where top pros Dottie Ardina, Princess Superal and Miguel Tabuena graced the event while giving tips and sharing their expertise with the youngsters.

The 18-hole tournament will be played under the Modified Stableford scoring system.

Precious Zaragosa and Mona Sarines banner the girls’ 11-12 cast while Iñigo Gallardo and Matthias Espina lead the boys’ 11-12 roster. Others vying for top honors in the first round of the series are Lisa Sarines, Brittany Tamayo and Tiffany Bernardino, while beefing up the boys’ field are Lucas Garcia, Javier Bautista, Lujo Gomez and Raplh Batican.

Tipped to dispute the boys’ and girls’ 9-10 diadems are Ryuji Suzuki, Jose Luis Espinosa, Clarence Enemento, Vito Sarines, Race Manhit and Juan Antonio Cruz, along with Tea Bernardino, Chime Cuenca, Mikaela Torres, Jared Saban, Rafaella Batican and Makayla Verano. Schedules for the 13-14 and 15-18 (boys and girls) age group divisions will be announced soon.
