Nick Munro
Having joined Turner Sales & Lettings in November 2006 as a trainee negotiator, Nick has worked his way up through the company, starting in residential sales then moving into and helping establish the lettings side back in early 2007. Starting with just one managed property, he’s grown the business to 100’s over the past 14 years. Nick is a fully qualified and licensed ARLA and APIP agent who is also involved in the Southend-On-Sea landlord group SEAL striving for better quality homes and landlords throughout the borough.

Michelle Cox
Having recently joined the team at Turners as a Property Administrator, Michelle takes on a multitude of tasks including lettings leads, viewings, tenancy renewals and assists the lettings team in all manner of day to day tasks.
