Gary Fairhall started our sister company, The Mortgage Shop (Kent) Ltd, in Broadstairs in 1996 with his then business partner, Mike Friend. They opened TMS Estate Agents in 2009. TMS joins online portal to offer more secure, faster sales
TMS Estate Agents has joined forces with Under The Hammer to offer customers a unique online platform to buy and sell properties online, making the process quicker and more secure.
Through Under The Hammer, we will now be able to host properties through online traditional auctions and through a private treaty sales service called “Secure Now”, which allows buyers to purchase a property for a fixed price instantly. Both solutions provide an excellent opportunity to sell quickly and securely, while ensuring that you get the best value for your property.
The portal works with hundreds of agents across the country, and we’re delighted to bring its advantages to Thanet and beyond.
Here are four reasons why you should buy and sell with online auctions or Secure Now:
1. Get the right price
With the platform being online, it allows you to buy and sell properties from anywhere in the world, whenever you are able.
This opens up properties to more people, meaning that private sales are made quicker, and auction properties have a better potential to achieve and go beyond their guide price.
