Mike Sellers Chairman

Chartered Surveyor and Director of Boultons Harrisons Ltd, Kim has over 30 years’ experience working throughout South and West Yorkshire specialising in residential property valuations for both private and corporate clients. With a wealth of experience to offer to clients in respect of all types of valuation work including acquisition, Inheritance, litigation and RICS Homebuyers’ Report. Jayne is experienced in sales and lettings valuations for residential property throughout Huddersfield and the surrounding districts, both by private treaty and auction. 15 years at the firm gaining a superb reputation based on delivering the high levels of customer service and professionalism. Having studied interior design, contributing towards a “keen eye” for the internal presentation of property and subsequent marketing material. With a vast working knowledge of West Yorkshire property markets which has been built up over 30 plus years specialising in commercial and residential valuations across the region. Mike’s services extend to professional valuations for a variety of requirements, advice on developments sites of all types, A Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors he is a highly respected member of the UK Register of Expert Witnesses and an approved member

Andrew Sellers Director

Andrew is experienced in all aspects of general practice agency having been at the firm for more than 15 years. Covering residential and commercial appraisals in addition to the new build and the letting markets. He can advise you for both Private Treaty and Auction in addition to professional valuation services. Taking to the rostrum some five years ago for Boultons Harrisons Ltd, he also provides a specialist auctioneering service tailor made to the clients needs.

Dave Wood Managing Director

Dave is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 14 years’ experience working within the Project Management and Building Surveying sectors. Further to acquiring his BSc (Hons) from the University of Reading in 2005, he later worked towards chartered status with the RICS in 2007. Dave has undertaken various roles as project manager, expert witness, contract administrator and employers’ agent.

Lisa Hollings Associate Director

I have done many roles throughout the company and gained experience in all. Carrying out sales and lettings valuations for residential property throughout the 5 town’s areas of Ponterfact, Castleford, Knottingley, Feathertone, Normanton and the surrounding districts. I also manage a portfolio of over 160 residential properties dealing direct with tenants and landlords alike and advising on the legislations as and when they change.

Pip Edwards Manager & Negotiator

Having worked for Boultons for 12 years, after progressing through the ranks Pip now heads up the Huddersfield Office as the Office Manager and leading a very experienced team of advisors and negotiators to give a quality service.

Wendi Lomas Accounts Manager

Wendi is our Accounts Manager. She oversees the accounts function for Boultons as a trading business and alongside the Directors ensures compliance. A dog lover and passionate supporter of rehoming former battery hens.

Jane Henry Customer Accounts Mangaer

Jane manages our residential and commercial accounts, including occupier payments. Transacting over £4.5million pounds in rents in 2018, Jane ensured that we safely handled funds organisations much larger than our own would have been proud to manage.

Geoff Nuttall Sales Advisor

Our Mr Reliable. Geoff works out of our Huddersfield office undertaking a variety of tasks including viewings, accounts and assisting the sales team. Geoff gets to see a vast amount of our sales and rental stock and therefore is a good person to talk to. A keen cricketer in his spare time. Leah Hollings Sales Advisor Leah has Boultons in her blood by following in her mother’s footsteps and joining the firm recently in a customer facing role dealing with enquiries across all aspects of the business.

Lynne Gibson Secretary

Lynne has been involved in the property business for many years and has the vital role of producing our brochures and collating much of the feedback from our clients viewers.

Jane Blackmore Residential Lettings

With over 23 years with us, Jane is Mrs Boultons. Assisting both Landlords and Tenants alike, her candour and enthusiasm for the job have helped numerous landlords and tenants alike. A keen crown green bowler in her spare time.

Fiona Oakley Residential Letting

Fiona is dedicated, meticulous and highly organised. A member of our team since 2004 and knowing all aspects of the business. Whether handling tenancy applications, liaising with tradespeople or listing a new rental property, Fiona is at hand to ensure all the procedures run smoothly.

Sara Thorpe Survey Department Coordinator

Sara is our survey coordinator. Based in our Kirkburton office she arranges surveys for clients and coordinates the surveyors diaries, together with dealing with lender enquiries. A member of the team since 2003 and passionate supporter of the Royal British Legion. Sam Cooling Sales & Lettings Advisor I joined the company over 3 years ago and my main role is dealing with the sales at our Pontefract branch. I negotiate a sale to an acceptable amount and then carry this through the sale progression to the completion. I speak to vendors, buyers and solicitors for updates and ensure that our customers get the customer service and advise they need.

Gail Subham Senior Negotiator

Gail has over 40 years experience in the property market and in customer service roles. She uses her experience to guide and assist both sellers and buyers through the process of the ever-changing property market. The key to her success is to be pro-active and always be the strong link between the parties to make the process as easy as possible whether buying or selling a property and by providing

great customer service throughout.

Richard Walker Domestic Energy Assessor

Richard joined the team approximately 7 years ago. Originally on a part time basis then progressing to a full time. During his time at Boulton’s his role within the company has included, Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), Floor plan drawings for domestic and commercial properties, accompanied viewings for domestic and commercial properties, Inventories / property inspections for the rental side of the business and any other duties as required.
