Ze Build Doing it all from A to Z

When Zane Dykman first started running Ze Build out of his home in Stanmore Bay he had a clear vision of what he wanted to achieve. Working in the building industry he’d noticed a gap in the market – there were no companies offering a one-stopshop building service that provided the new builds, renovations and hard landscaping clients were looking for. Zane had decided he was going to be the one to do it.

His can-do business model proved popular with clients, as did the quality of his work and the personalised service he provided. The business grew and as it did, Zane brought family members and close friends on board with the same passions and values to work with him under the Ze Group umbrella.

The company now provides employment to over 100 highly skilled workers. To meet the needs of their client base, Ze Build have learnt to adapt and they now excel in all residential and commercial build areas, with specialised project managers providing expert knowledge to each project, be it a small renovation, an architectural home build or a large commercial block.

After an interim move to Agency Lane, last year Ze Build moved into some new premises of their own, on Foundry Road in Silverdale. The new site has enough office space to meet the continued growth of the company, a great yard space and an all-important area for the staff to relax and celebrate their successes together.

The move is a significant milestone for the company and for Zane, who takes pride in looking after his team.

While the company take on projects across most of Auckland, a lot of Ze Build’s projects are here on the Coast. To give back to the local community they offer apprenticeships and provide sponsorship to local sports teams and to the Orewa Rodders Festival every year.
