DAVID ENGLISH Customer Contact Advisor, Independent Police Complaints Commission David English, from Ravensdale in Co. Louth, studied at Lancaster University. His role at the IPCC involves evaluating the validity of appeals and advising on the complaints process. KATHLEEN GARRETT Partner, Arthur Cox, London London-based finance lawyer Kathleen Garrett trained in Dublin with Arthur Cox and has been a partner in the firm since 1998. KEVIN GALLAGHER Digital Change Director, Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service Formerly the Chief Information Officer at Channel 4, Kevin Gallagher joined Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service in 2015.
