“Filipina in UAE thanks Filipino Institute for providing free online course

AFilipina in the UAE is grateful to the Filipino Institute for giving her an opportunity of taking a free online course and earning a certificate that can be attested by the Knowledge of Human Development Authority (KHDA) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Mofa).

“Learning is a continuous process whether you’re old, young, working, and a mother,” Cynde Paderna, a Dubai-based Filipino mother, said. She added that the opportunity gave her a ‘perk’ of taking her kids and learning at the same time.

Paderna, upon learning the opportunity, took the Communication Strategies-Basic Training Course. This is the first time she took the course in the Filipino Institute as two years ago, she recalled taking a short certification course with her Egyptian husband.

The UEA-based training institute is currently offering more than 300 free online courses on its website.

“With these online courses, it’s really an advantage for those who are working or stay-at-home individuals. What I really like about this scheme is the fact that you don’t actually attend a face-to-face class, which is an advantage for a mom like me who has a kid around. I can read and answer the quiz in my free time, and no hassle at all,” she added.

Paderna said that she highly recommends Filipino Institute if one wants to learn and a certificate as ‘they are the best in their craft.’

“Thank you Filipino Institute for letting people same like learn more and please don’t stop teaching. As they say, willingness is a choice and I will definitely take more courses for self-growth,” she further added.
