through a franchise business. She meticulously researched and chose Senior Care Authority, a company that aligns with her values and aspirations. The franchise model appealed to her as it provided a proven system and resources for a smoother start in her role as a Senior Care Advisor. Joy was drawn to Senior Care Authority due to their excellent reputation, culture of excellence, expertise, and various revenue streams beyond eldercare consulting and placement, such as Beyond Driving with Dignity and Employee Assistance Solutions for Eldercare (EASE). One influential factor in her decision-making process was the Senior Meeting with the CEO of Senior Care Authority, Frank Samson, which further solidified her decision and excitement to be part of the company. Joy looks forward to growing with the Senior Care Authority and making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families during challenging times.
