DM01, an instant classic

DUMOREAU was established in Southern California by award-winning architecture and product designer Carlo Aiello. Mr. Aiello is an avid watch collector who wanted to create an American watchmaking brand that would offer an alternative to Swiss and Japanese watches. His design studio is the receipient of the Red Dot Award, the Good Design Award, and the ICFF Studio Award. In addition, his work has been included in the permanent collection of the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and at the San Francisco Museum of Craft and Design.

GREAT PROPORTIONS With 38.6mm in diameter, a 46.7mm distance from lug to lug, and a total height of 10.4mm, the DUMOREAU DM01 wears incredibly well on the majority of wrist sizes. It has a strong, yet refined presence on the wrist and can be enjoyed in a casual or formal settings.

DIAL REFINEMENT The DUMOREAU DM01 features a time-only symmetrical dial with a raised pattern that follows the cushion-shape geometry of the bezel. The sunburst dial is available in two colors (blue and copper). The applied polished steel hour markers and hands are filled with white BGW9 Superluminova.

GEOMETRY, CONTOURS, AND SURFACE FINISHES The case, bezel, and integrated bracelet offer a combination of polished and brushed finishes that reflect light and accentuate the geometry of the watch. The case features a horizontal slit, and a polished bevel that continues along the bracelet's edge. The bracelet features a twin-trigger butterfly clasp.

SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL, 100M WATER RESISTANT The DUMOREAU DM01 features a screw-down crown and solid caseback that offer 100 meters of water resistance. The watch has a flat sapphire crystal. The crown also follows the cushion shape geometry of the bezel and it is embossed with the logo. The 22.7mm wide bracelet (at the lugs connection) tapers down to 16mm at the clasp.
