Louisiana State Exhibit Museum If you grew up in the Shreveport/Bossier area, you most likely visited it during an elementary school expedition. I did back in the ‘80’s at least a few times. As a kid, it was annoying to most because life outside of school (even on field trips) shouldn’t have involved learning. And even if you did enjoy it as a kid, the knowledge you gained by walking the circle has most likely left your onboard data base. Completed in 1939, the Louisiana State Exhibit Museum has stood the test of time. The museum is currently home to nearly 23 dioramas depicting the life and times of Louisiana from the 1940’s. Everything from what life was like in the rice harvesting and oil industries to Native American collections to Mississippi Migratory Waterfowl to the Battle of New Orleans, this museum has something for everyone of every age. The LSEM has also been working on updated technology as a way to draw a more diverse crowd into the museum. Whether it’s one of the exceptionally detailed dioramas, the Native American display featuring one of the longest Indian dugouts (hand carved boats) known to humans, or the displays of authentic Civil War transcripts, the Louisiana State Exhibit Museum is worth the first or fifth trip, no matter where you went to grade school, especially if you went to R.V. Kerr (Go KATS!).

All sinners for whom He paid The debt are now released from The Curse of The first Adam and attributed a righteousness greater than that of The First Adam…an everlasting righteousness. They are sons of God and
