The 2015 assessment dollars were hard at work once again improving Dobson Ranch to help make it “the best place to live”! 2015 is history, so it is a great time to look back to see just where that assessment dollar went. Listed below is an overview and some of the highlights of how the money was utilized. Of course the list is just a summary, but it provides examples of programs, events, amenities and much more that is available to all Dobson Ranch residents. We hope this information prompts you to take advantage of the many benefits available to you as a Dobson Ranch resident. I called the December 17, 2015 Dobson Ranch Homeowners Association Board of Directors meeting to order at 7:00 pm. It was a fun, festive meeting, here’s a recap… We started the meeting off just a little different than your average meeting, recognizing the Winter Wonderland Boat Parade winners. The annual boat parade was as beautiful as ever, the Yacht Club does a fantastic job making this event more enchanting every year! The winners of the 2015 lighted boat parade were: Rick Riedel who took the Director’s Choice Award. Second place went to Rick Lorenzen and first place to Wes VerWoert for his Peanuts themed boat which included Charlie Brown and friends! I presented the first place trophy (you’ve got to see this – this too has been improved upon and added to over the years, it lights up and everything) to Wes VerWoert. Thank you to everyone who came out for the event and to all who made it possible! I gave the President’s Report, recapping numerous achievements made during 2015. WOW, this year flew by so quickly. The Board, committees and staff completed so many things… thank you to the Board of Directors, committee members, and staff who brought all of these projects to fruition. Many of our committees did not make quorum in December, however have meetings scheduled for January. Stacy Holmstedt reported for the Finance Committee, thanking Jan Walters for her interest in the Budget and Finance Committee and willingness to participate in this essential committee; Jan was appointed to the Committee in November. Sarah Funtowicz spoke on behalf of the Recreation Committee; Winter Wonderland and Breakfast with Santa events were both well attended. Breakfast with Santa again sold out! This is such a popular breakfast – thank you to the Retirees Club for helping to make it a success. The Recreation Department is preparing for the next event Saturday January 23 at Laguna Park, Bark in the Park. The 2016 events calendar is now available, pick one up at La Casita. The Board of Directors approved the City of Mesa’s adaptive kayaking program use of Association lakes once a week from the end of February through April. There was much discussion about revisions to the Architectural Guidelines which will be on the agenda again after review by the Association attorney. The meeting adjourned at 8:29pm. Please join us for the next Board of Directors meeting January 21 at 7 pm, in the La Casita Grande Room.

Happy New Year everyone! I hope all your New Year’s resolutions are going well. I have another one you can add to your list that may be easy to keep and be fun as well. Here it is: attend some of the great Dobson Ranch events and classes this year, maybe even join a club, volunteer on a committee or run for the Dobson Ranch Board of Directors! All the information you need to keep your resolution is in the Ranchers’ Roundup. Classes and events are listed in the Recreation section. Information to be a Board candidate is on page 8. Club presidents keep us up to the minute with their activities in the Clubs section. There is a Calendar at a glance on the back page and informative articles throughout. Information is also available on the website, dobsonranchhoa.com. We haven’t slowed down a bit going into 2016 and there is something for everyone at Dobson Ranch the best place to live’! Some of the regular features in this publication are open for content submission: If you live by a “Good Neighbor” or know someone with a “Green Thumb”, submit their information. Have you “Tried and Liked” a great business or eatery near Dobson Ranch? Let me know! There are great cooks in Dobson Ranch so send me your recipes. Things to Know Board Meeting Want to know what is going on in the Association, meet the Board members, sign up for a committee, get to know your Ranch neighbors or voice an opinion? You can do all that at Dobson Ranch Board of Directors meetings. Meetings are held on Thursdays at 7 pm at La Casita in the Grande room. The next dates are January 21 and February 18. All members are encouraged to attend. For more information please call 480-831-8314. Holiday Hours The Administration office and the Recreation Center will be closed Monday February 15 for President’s Day. Pontoon Rides There will be no pontoon rides scheduled through February 14, 2016. Holiday Decorations The removal date for holiday lights and holiday decorations was January 15, 2016.
Citrus Collection La Casita will not be a citrus collection point this year because of active citrus quarantines in our state. Please contact any local food bank before you drop off fruit, to make sure they will accept your donations. For more information please visit the Arizona Department of Agriculture at https://agriculture.az.gov/citrus-protection-arizona or the Association of Arizona Food Banks Gleaning Project http://www.azfoodbanks.org/index.php/gleaning-project, or call 1-866-356-3693. Another way to learn more about the quarantine and citrus green disease, is to attend the Garden Club meeting on Tuesday, February 2 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at La Casita. Brian McGrew, quarantine program coordinator, plant services division at the Arizona Department of Agriculture, will be the featured speaker. He will discuss current state and national status and distribution of the Asian citrus psyllid and citrus greening disease and why these pests and diseases are a major concern to Arizona. Information on the care of citrus will also be available at the meeting. If you have citrus in your yard, this will be a great meeting for you. All Garden Club meetings are open to all Ranch residents. There is no membership charge. 4 January 2016
2016 Assessments In a continued effort to maintain an affordable assessment while preserving our maturing community, the Board of Directors has voted to not increase the 2016 Assessments. Therefore; the rates will remain at, $138.60 quarterly, $277.20 semi-annually, and $554.40 annually. Assessments are due on the first day of each quarter; January, April, July, and October. A late fee of $30 will be charged quarterly if your payment is not received by the 20th day of the first month of each quarter. Delinquent interest will accrue on any unpaid balance.
As a reminder, there are several options for paying your assessments: 1. Automatic monthly payments can be made through ACH (auto debit to your checking account). Please complete the form that can be found in the “Documents & Forms” tab on our website (www.dobsonranchhoa.com) and return it to the administration office along with a voided check. ACH payments are run on the 5th of each month. The payment will continue to be drafted from your account until you give the Association notice to cancel the ACH. Please note that accounts on ACH will not receive future payment coupons. Notice of any assessment change will be published in the current year October or November issue of the Association’s official publication, the Ranchers’ Round Up. 2. Annual, Semi-Annual, or Quarterly payments can be made by check, cash, debit or credit card. Check payments may be mailed to or dropped off at the Association office. Coupons need to accompany mailed or dropped payments. Cash, debit or credit card payments are accepted in the Association office. Please note that debit or credit card payments cannot be accepted over the phone. Monthly payment is not an option through the mail or drop off. 3. Automatic monthly payments can be made at the Dobson Association website (www.dobsonranchhoa.com) using your bank card, credit card or e-check. Scroll down and click on the “Assessment Payment Portal”, set up a New User Account or login if you are a returning user , click on Menu, click on Auto Pay, and enter your information. Once you set up the auto pay, the payment will continue to be processed until you stop the payment or make changes. If you are setup on recurring payments through the Washington Federal/Rentpayment site, please be sure that your payments are set to continue through 2016. 4. 4. You may also send in recurring payments if using automatic bill pay. You will have to set up the payment through the bill pay program with your bank. Please reference your account number and property address to ensure proper credit to your account. If you have questions regarding the various payment options, please contact the administration office for assistance. Why do you want to serve on the Board? It’s been an honor to serve you on our Board of Directors since 2011, and I hope to earn another term. As a member who has served as both secretary and treasurer of our board, I’m familiar with both bylaws and budget and want to keep Dobson Ranch moving forward as a great place to live. What key qualification would you bring to the Association? I’d like to keep working on marketing Dobson Ranch to prospective homeowners, business owners and community leaders. By day I am a digital marketing director and had the great privilege of working with our staff to launch the new dobsonranchhoa.com website. We’ve come a long way in recent years (with new great restaurants and places to shop) but we still have more work to do. What do you see as a critical issue facing our community? We must be vigilant against blight. As the Fiesta District continues its transformation, we must stay in touch with the Mesa City Council and local leaders to make sure we don’t lose momentum. I’m also interested in how we can help our strip malls reflect our community and thrive, particularly on Baseline and Dobson. Finally, I think it’s important to help Dobson Ranch be a diverse, multigenerational community, welcoming to young families and retirees alike. Autobiography: My husband Andrew and I have lived in Dobson Ranch for almost 12 years; we’re invested in the health and happiness of our community. I currently serve as the secretary of the Mesa Arts Center Foundation’s board of directors and value having arts and culture near our homes. I’m a marketing director by trade who believes in the importance of good technical jobs in the East Valley and sees Dobson Ranch as a great place for young professionals to live. I hold two degrees from ASU and graduated summa cum laude. As the current treasurer of the Dobson Ranch HOA Board of Directors, I was happy to recommend a zero percent increase in our monthly assessments, and believe we can thrive while being resourceful. Whether we’re canoeing in our lakes beneath incredible sunsets or enjoying a wonderful diversity of restaurants, Dobson Ranch has much to be proud of, and I believe that the best is yet to come!

Your Neighborhood Why do you want to serve on the board? Dobson Ranch is a community and prides itself as being a community of individuals sharing common interests and goals. I would like to serve as a Dobson Ranch Home Owners Association Board of Director again because I enjoy contributing to my community and helping to ensure that we stay a community who looks out for each other and prides ourselves on being good neighbors to each other and the area surrounding the Ranch. What key qualifications would you bring to the Association? My past experience as a Board Director, Board of Director Treasurer, and being involved on several committees: Recreation, Budget and Finance (as a homeowner and later Board of Director Liaison as Treasurer), and Water Management. I like to look at the big picture of things and I am able to make difficult decisions that are in the best interest of all the Ranch residents. I am also a member of the Dobson Ranch Women’s Club and past member of the Yacht Club. These experiences, my educational background (MBA), my business background (Cost Analysis) and my love of the Ranch allows me the pleasure to contribute my time to the Ranch. What do you see as a critical issue facing our community? A critical issue facing the Ranch is the continuation of upgrading the Ranch; the Ranch is over 40 years old. We need to continue to ensure that the Ranch continues to be “The Best Place to Live” by updating the Ranch in ways such as the new RoundUp and the new web page that were unveiled last year, investing in Ranch owned amenities and facilities to keep them up to date and modern, homeowners keeping their properties looking nice, continuing to bring quality activities to Ranch families, singles, retirees, renters, homeowners – the community. Autobiography: I have lived on the Ranch for 14 years and own two properties here. I have a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a Technology Management emphasis, I work as a Government Cost Analysis Manager, and I plan to retire on the Ranch.
Why do you want to serve on the board? I have lived in Dobson Ranch since 1985. I would like to see this community continue to be the “Best Place to Live”. In order to continue be a sought after community, it is important to maintain our property values, at a reasonable cost to homeowners, and listen to what the homeowners’ desire. It is also imperative to be open to community’s opinion of how the community is being run. As a board member, I will call on my past experiences, listen to members of our community, and ensure that money is being spent in a judicious manner. What key qualifications would you bring to the Association? I have a long history with the Ranch, both as a homeowner and board member, and have experienced what does and does not work with this particular community. I have served as both President and Vice President of the board. In addition, for several years, I was a member of the Beautification Committee. I regularly attend Budget and Finance meetings to be sure I understand the state of our finances. I am currently a member of an Ad Hoc group that is reviewing all of our documents to be sure they are consistent and easy to understand. What do you see as a critical issue facing our community? The most critical issues I see facing our community are our ability to: 1) maintain property values; 2) stay within a zero based budget; 3} keep annual assessment increases to a minimum; and 4) stay involved in City of Mesa activities and government affairs to be aware of how they affect our community. Autobiography: I have been in Phoenix for 30 years. I am married with two daughters, a son-in-law and five grandchildren. I retired from now Century Link with 37 years of service in Sales and Marketing in both the Phoenix and Tucson areas. I have volunteered at Paz de Cristo, Seton Catholic Preparatory High School and St. Timothy’s Catholic School.

A Strange Year

This past year, 2015, was a strange year by most accounts. 2014 brought record rains after years of belownormal rainfall. The rain received in 2015 was spot on average with no major storms, just solid rain when it did come. Temperatures were below-normal with ten fewer 100 plus degree days than normal; still a normal set of 110 plus degree days – fifteen. The strange part, about as average a year as one could expect living in the desert where extremes are the norm. What to expect from 2016? First of all, the Ranch has a new website that is easier to access and read; http://www.dobsonranchhoa.com. Under the COMMUNITY INFO menu tab one will find the Water Conservation tab. This will lead to a Resource Management tab and a Water Conservation News tab. The RESOURCE tab contains information about the Dobson Ranch Lakes and the latest weather and climate information. The NEWS tab contains links to information provided by community leaders and water conservation groups. Maybe the sky will fall in 2016, pour rain down on our lawns and desert landscape. That is one longterm forecast. But we live in a desert where rain is not a common event. Just look at our magnificent Saguaro Cactus. They stand tall sprouting little flowers to wear as crowns at the end of each spring. They stand waiting for the rain in order to capture as much as their extensive root system can suck out of the soil. They wait in the scorching heat until a passing cloud releases enough water to make it to the ground. How many times did the dry air produce the phenomena we call virga to steal that moisture from these desert-defining monsters? Soon it will be spring again and our thoughts will turn to renewing our landscape. There are many garden shows around to attend. Two such shows stand out among the many; the SRP Water Conservation Expo on March 5th and the Dobson Ranch Water Conservation Fair on April 9th. Both events provide opportunities to meet representatives of garden clubs and practitioners in the art of irrigation. Look for more information in next month’s Roundup. What will 2016 be like? Probably like no other year we can remember. Things will happen, places will be visited, promises made - some kept, some not, but the year will be filled with events that will alter and illuminate our times. Most certainly, we will continue to live in a desert knowing full-well that water is abundant to those who use it wisely.

My name is Sarah Funtowicz. I have been serving on the Dobson Association Board of Directors for a year and a half now and was recently elected as secretary. I have never participated on a board before and when I heard about an opening due to a board member resigning I thought I should do my civic duty and that it would be good for me, a learning opportunity. Boy, I was right! I’ve learned so much about our association and community and about governing matters like, Robert’s rules, reading financial statements, teamwork, fiduciary responsibility, public speaking (albeit a small public) and so much more. I’ve really grown from this experience! The big surprise though is that I have had such fun! I made new friends and met amazing people who give their all to make our neighborhood better. I’ve participated in exciting events like the breakfast with the city, where we got to hear first hand from Mesa government officials and planners about all the great work going on in the Fiesta District. I also had breakfast with City Councilman, now Vice Mayor, Kavanaugh. Oh, and I just loved judging costumes at the Halloween Spooktakular! More significantly though, I know my voice was heard on important decisions that affect my community and I feel certain I was able to bring something special and needed to the board. The whole experience has just been wonderful. I’m sorry to say though that it is coming to an end because my husband and I have bought a beautiful custom home with lots of character near downtown Chandler. We are excited about the move but it is a bittersweet excitement because I’m pretty convinced that Dobson Ranch really is the best place to live. We just don’t have the time to wait for the right house to come on the market here - a baby is on the way and we need some more space! Therefore, I have committed to completing my term through April but will not be running for reelection. That’s why I wanted to write this letter to the community to let you know how wonderful it has been being on your board. Thank you so much for this amazing experience! I highly recommend joining the Dobson Association Board of Directors. You will learn a lot and have such fun!

Happy New Year! I want to thank all of the families in the community that came to Breakfast with Santa. We had a great turn out and I hope you enjoyed the activities. I want to give a big thank you to the Retirees Club for preparing the breakfast, it was delicious! I hope everyone got what they wanted from Santa this year. The new 2016 recreation calendar is in the paper this month. Please check out all of the upcoming programs and mark them on your calendar. We have the “Bark in the Park” on January 23rd at Laguna Park and Stargazing on Friday February 12th at Laguna Park. We also have Sunday Music in the Park on February 28th. Spring Break is also right around the corner so have your kids come check out our Spring Break Camp March 14th-18th and our Spring Tennis Camp. Sign up for camp today at La Casita Recreation Center. Boat and Fishing Information The weather is cooling off and it’s a perfect time for outdoor activities, like fishing and boating at one of the beautiful lakes at Dobson Ranch. Fishing licenses are required (catch and release only) and boat permits are required for all watercraft (size restrictions apply). 2016 licenses and permits went on sale December 1, so stop by La Casita at 2719 South Reyes to purchase them. Prices are the same as 2015. Boat Licenses are $35 per motorized boat (electric motors only) and $15 for non-motorized boats and a maximum of 3 permits. Dobson Ranch Recreation Employee of the Month Dobson Ranch Recreation would like to congratulate Kacie Blakley as the December Employee of the Month. This is the second time Kacie has been recognized in our incentive program. She is a natural leader with a high affinity for inspiring her peers. Kacie has recently joined the Recreation Training Committee to improve the training process for new hires. Her flexibility and attention to detail have never gone unnoticed. Thank you Kacie for all your hard work!

Dobson Ranch Pontoon Tour/Ride Information There will be no pontoon rides scheduled from December 21, 2015 through February 14, 2016. A one-time “complimentary” pontoon ride per property is available to residents. Tour fee is $35 per hour with a two hour maximum. Reservations are available through the Recreation Department and are subject to weather and availability. Other rules and restrictions will apply. Table and Chair Rentals Make your next at home event great with the convenience of renting tables and chairs right in your community. The Dobson Association not only rents out facilities for private rentals but renting of chairs and tables not held on a ranch facility are also available. We can accommodate a rental up to 140 metal framed folding chairs and 15 rectangle 6 foot by 3 foot tables. The resident must schedule to pick up and drop off the chairs and tables at La Casita Recreation Center. A refundable security deposit of $50 minimum is due in cash or credit card payment to hold your reservation. The rental cost per chair is $0.50 and $5 per table. The Pickleball courts at Los Altos are officially now opened for business and getting used on a regular basis by some very happy, talented ranchers. Even though it’s a bit after-the-fact, we thought it would be fun to initiate the courts by holding Dobson Ranch’s first ever Pickleball social. The date will be March 12, which is a Saturday, at 9:00AM at Los Altos Recreation Center. The event is free. Sign up at La Casita. We have the capacity at Los Altos to hold 24 pickleballers, so the first 24 players to sign up can participate. When you sign up, please give your playing level, whether it’s A, B, or C. Coach Doug will position you accordingly. The social is open to all levels of players, even those who would like to try this awesome game for the first time. There are clinics every Wednesday evening at 7 PM at Los Altos for intermediate to advanced players and every Thursday evening at 7 PM for beginner players. I sure hope to see you all out on the court for our first ever Dobson Ranch Pickleball social. For more details see the tennis/pickleball class schedule section of this Round Up issue. Recreation Happenings Santa Breakfast Santa Claus had a jolly time with 200 Dobson Ranch residents of all ages at the recent Santa Breakfast event. There were a lot of Ho ho ho’s from Mr. Claus and smiles from the children as they told Santa their gift wishes. The Retirees served up their yummiest pancakes, Cowboy JJ painted faces and there were crafts available, all to keep the little ones entertained while they waited for their turn with Santa. Walgreen’s was on hand taking photos to capture the magical time on Santa’s lap. This is a great (and always sold out) Dobson Ranch event. Hi all my name is Kevin Collins, I have lived on the Ranch for 28 years after our move from Iowa. I joined the club a year ago and love participating in the pancake breakfasts, biking, hiking and all the activities the club has to offer. My wife and I enjoy the ladies lunch, men’s breakfast, dinner night out and happy hour. But mostly we really enjoy all our new friends and the feeling of belonging to the community. I will be contacting members to get a short version of what they like about living on the ranch. If you have a great ranch experience please contact me to share with the rest The great cooking crew of the Dobson Retirees are of the club. not only super cooks, but they also sing wonderfully and they recently performed for the club at the December Christmas meeting of the Retirees Club.

GENERAL MEETING February’s General Meeting will be on Monday, February 1st. As usual, coffee at 9:30AM and the meeting begins at 10:00AM. The Retirees Club meets at La Casita Recreation Center. During the meeting there will be a special program and lunch follows the meeting. All prospective new members and guests are welcome. BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING The January Board meeting is on Monday, January 18th and in February the Board will meet on Monday February15th. Board meetings take place at La Casita and begin at 9:00AM. DINNER NIGHT OUT In January the Dinner Night Out is scheduled for Tuesday, January 19th and will be at the WATERSHED RESTAURANT, located on Lake Shore Drive in Tempe. HIKING The Retirees hiking group meets every Wednesday at 8AM at La Casita and then carpools to various trail heads. Hikes are social, usually 3 to 4 miles and rated easy to moderate. Ed Eppley is the hiking leader and can be reached at 480-656-4530. BICYCLE RIDING There are two bike rides scheduled every week. On Tuesdays the FREE WHEELERS meet at 8AM at the Dobson Library for a 20-22 mile ride. Then on Fridays the SLO SPOKES bike group meets at 9AM for a ride of 10-12 miles. Both rides are social and the Club’s Bike Leader, Arnie Chase, plans all bike rides so as to avoid using busy streets whenever possible. Usually the rides are on canal pathways, in greenbelts and on residential streets. Both rides include a refreshment stop about halfway. For more info please call Arnie at 480-838-4124. Thank you to Laurie for sharing her beautiful home with us. It is fun to have family and friends to enjoy this evening. Several of us went to Channel 12 for a tour. Emily was our guide. Seeing the behind the scenes was so informative. They Tanya, Al and Patricia put us in the “Green” room...it is actually green! Thanks to the Yacht club for all the great looking decorated boats...Congrats to Wes & Cheryl, Rick & Terri and Rick & Carmen. For any ladies interested...we have Bunco monthly and we meet the 4th Tues. Jan Lynn, Kathrine, Mary 26th 7 pm at La Casita. Hopefully the Sun Devils & Wildcats won their bowl games! Many of you have heard of an insect that attacks citrus and is causing concern here in Arizona. Food banks in the Valley are restricting citrus donations as a result of the Asian citrus psyllid quarantine. In fact, La Casita will not be a citrus collection site this year because of the active citrus quarantine in our state. To learn more about the quarantine and citrus green disease, attend the Tuesday, February 2 Garden Club meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at La Casita. Garden Club Brian McGrew, quarantine program coordinator, plant services division at the meeting Arizona Department of Agriculture, will be Tuesday, February 2 the featured speaker. He will discuss current beginning at state and national status and distribution of 7:00 p.m at La Casita. the Asian citrus psyllid and citrus greening disease and why these pests and diseases are a major concern to Arizona. In addition, he will outline the impacts their presence can potentially create. He will also describe symptoms and signs of the pest and disease and other citrus pests that are currently being monitored. His presentation will include a question/answer session. Brian develops action plans, quarantines and assists in implementing protocols to protect Arizona from dangerous and unwanted pests and plant pathogens. Information on the care of citrus will also be available at the meeting. If you have citrus in your yard, this is a meeting for you. All Garden Club meetings are open to all Ranch residents. There is no membership charge.

Happy New Year from the Dobson Ranch Yacht Club! The YC had a pretty low key 2015. We had several TuDOs (Tuesday Dinner Out) overwhelming restaurants such as Baby Kay’s, Spokes on Southern, Flo’s Asian Kitchen, Gogi, Crazy Sushi Crab, and more. We also did a double take of our Pubcycle where we ride bikes to several local restaurants for appetizers and beverages. We also had a few impromptu floats here and there. The year was topped off with 2 Lighted Boat Parades, one for the Winter Wonderland and one for the neighborhood on consecutive Saturdays. And boy were their some awesome boats! Our members really know how to go whole hog when to comes to decorating boats. And the After the Parade Party was off the hook thanks Donna Oltmann. Big Thanks to the Belz, Laurie Costianes, the Diamonds, the Globes, the Gwilliams, the Iversons, the Jamisons, the Lorenzens, the McCarthys, the Powells, the Reidels, Mike Roenfelds, the Smiths, the VerWoerts, and the Wilsons for making the parade great. If I missed a family that was in the parade I apologize, it was a little difficult keeping track with all of this lights shinning. We are planning some fun events for 2016 so if you would like to be a part of the Yacht Club come join us (remember, you don’t have to have a boat or even live on the lake to be a member). Happy New Year from the fish, from the fishermen, and from your Dobson Ranch Fish Club. The plants don’t like the cold. I am not sure whether the fish like it or not; but they sure as heck slow down when water temps get below 50 degrees- and that is where the temperature sits. The typical guidance here is slow down your presentations when the water is cold. If you think that you are dragging a worm for bass on the bottom slowww, you are not going slowwwwwwwww enough. Fish can be caught other ways in our wintertime condition- for sure. Small jerk baits can work. Same logic applies. Pull the suspending rapala or rebel or lucky craft jerk bait slow; then let it sit underwater still for 10 seconds; maybe 30 seconds. Then repeat, and pull again, and let it sit. Keep a tight line. The bite will come as a tick on your line, and set the hook. I catch fish through the winter this way. But it can be nerve racking since it is such a tedious presentation. Look at the sky; look at the ducks; look at your partner in the boat or on the shoreline and comment that he needs to lose some weight. Keep a tight line, and hook set on the tick. Carry pliers and carefully remove the treble hooks so our fish resource grows larger for the next guy. We wish everyone happiness and health in 2016.
Kiwanis Club Forming at Dobson Ranch Kiwanis, a service organization, is celebrating 100 years of “Serving the Children” in 2015. Dobson High Key Club is a vibrant student service club yielding young leaders year after year.
