MEET SALLY Belle Property has opened in Hope Island, with Gold Coast real estate icon Sally O’Neill at the helm.
HAVING BUILT UP a loyal client base on the upper Gold Coast, Sally O’Neill is one of the Gold Coast’s most successful real estate agents. Her passion for the industry began when she bought her first property at just 21-years-old. “I have been buying, selling, and renting property ever since, and I had my own hairdressing salon for 25 years, which means I am very good with people, so working in real estate seemed like a perfect fit,” Sally explains. “I enjoy helping people move forward, I like the challenge and the constant changing property market and I love marketing.” Sally recently joined Belle Property, which has opened a new office in Hope Island. “I have been in talks with Belle over the past five and half years,” Sally says. “It’s always been a brand I felt I aligned with, they bring a unique point of difference into the marketplace with their open network and the ability to market properties to the world. “I love the fact it is a boutique brand, and the plan for the future is to grow the business by creating the rent roll and opening a second office to cover the whole Northern Gold Coast.” Sally previously worked at Harcourts, where she was the brand’s number one National and

She also holds the ratemyagent.com.au title of Helensvale’s top agent for the past three years. “Success has no monetary value to me,” she admits. “To myself and our team it’s about feeling like we’ve made a difference in people’s lives. “Having grown up with a very competitive father, success for me is about satisfaction and people feeling like we’ve done a great job and offered a great service. “I am constantly striving to do more and achieve more, it’s all about that constant growth.” Sally shares the role of Belle Property Hope Island Principal with her husband, Sean, who brings a wealth of international project management, operations and business knowledge to the franchise. In their roles of Co-Principals, Sally is focused on achieving premium sales results for vendors and attracting top agents with the promise of a healthy work-life balance, while Sean is focused on marketing, operations and proper ty management to deliver

That close connection is just as important away from the office. “Family makes the Gold Coast home for me,” Sally admits. “I think the Gold Coast is a unique place with the beach and hinterland and I love the climate. “Apart from work, I really enjoy reading, training, travelling, and spending time with my family."
