Number of Years in Real Estate:

Why did you decide to get into real estate?

I’ve loved real estate for as long as I can remember. I have worked in sales since I was 16, and my father and grandfather worked in real estate.

What does success mean to you?

Success to me is being able to perform in my career at the highest level I can and providing for loved ones while also yielding great customer service and results for my clients.

What are you most excited about in your life right now?

The endless possibility of my career in the next three-to-five years as I continue down this path and the increasing amount of very happy clients and great friends I will make along the way.

What do you do to stay grounded/ centered/sane?

Having a disciplined schedule helps me tremendously, as well as being patient with results and following a strict plan for the greatest potential growth.

When are you at your best?

I believe I am at my best when I am well prepared. Friends often say I perform well when I am busy and that I enjoy running on “high octane.” I love to stay busy and very productive during the workday.

What drives or motivates you?

Family and successful results for my clients — there is no better feeling than 110% satisfied clients. I also enjoy working hard to make deals easy for everyone involved, like coop agents, lenders and appraisers.

Who has helped you get where you are today?

I could never be where I am today without the support of my family and friends, as well as my community. Also, my real estate brokerage and mentors I’ve met along the way.

As a 2021 Best-in-Class honoree, what are your words of wisdom for the next generation of real estate agents?

Put your head down and work hard. Consistency is key. Always do the right thing. Do not expect to make a quick buck — this is the greatest career ever!
