Why did you decide to get into real estate?

I wanted to make a difference and be a part of the change going on in Metro Detroit.

What does success mean to you?

Success to me means ending each day satisfied and knowing what I have done today has positively impacted someone’s life. Being able to truly believe in what I am doing is success.

What are you most excited about in your life right now?

My relationship and partnership with my fiancé, Anna. In everything I do, that is the main focus.

What do you do to stay grounded/ centered/sane?

Every single day, I write in my gratitude journal about the things I am grateful for, which usually leads to prayer and praying about those things. I also enjoy a good lift session at the gym.

How did your challenges shape who you are today?

I was very young — in sixth grade — when someone first told me I couldn’t do something. From that moment, I’ve done everything I can to prove I can do whatever hell I have the audacity to believe I can do.

What drives or motivates you?

My purpose drives and motivates me: It’s helping people, and I have a responsibility every day to walk into and live through that purpose.

Who has helped you get where you are today?

God and the incredible, strong women in my life.
