Tapestry is a social business and charity working for adults, predominantly, historically older adults, and since 2007 for individuals of all ages living with disability and dementia and their Carers. Our mission is to provide all adults with services and opportunities to enable them to live connected, healthy and fulfilled lives. We do this by providing affordable services that offer real value for money and deliver important social outcomes for society. We provide high quality personalised, integrated Care, Health and Wellbeing services, and services that tackle Social Isolation, all with healthy Food at their heart. Everything we do is focused on the individual and we ensure that, where care plans are necessary, they are driven by the individual.
