Research indicates that open dialogue and sharing personal experiences are powerful stigma combatants. Our "If You Know, You Know" (IYKYK) initiative amplifies these narratives from individuals on mental health journeys or in support roles, fostering conversation and destigmatization around seeking mental health assistance.

•Gathered over 20 stories from Tampa Bay community members.
•Companies such as The Laker, BizJorunals, WFLA, WTSP, TGH, Tampa Bay Chamber, Suncoast Surfrider Foundation, and BayCare have shared the campaign.


Green Lights To Drive Awareness In the Community
In May, the City of Tampa illuminated city bridges and landmarks in green, the official color of mental health awareness month. Florida Blue also joined in the movement by lighting up their office in South Tampa. A collaborative effort from Hillsborough, Manatee, and Pinellas county governments delivered the Sunshine Skyway Bridge lit in green for a whole week.
