Welcome to the Bar-H Land and Cattle Co. Angus Bull and Female sale, Saturday, May 1, 2021 at their ranch headquarters, Langenburg, Saskatchewan. In this strange year where agriculture has become an economic leader as the world looks for food supply, the folks at Bar-H have changed their format to a yearling bull sale and moved their sale date closer to turnout time. Uniform in type yet genetically diverse, this lineup is young (mostly April born), fresh and futuristic. Their sires are proven and selected with traits to move a program forward through performance but not sacrifice the basics we have come to take for granted in the Angus breed. The Bar-H breeding program is genetically unique… an outcross of sorts. Robin prides himself in building a cow herd that is functional in soundness and maternal qualities, but most importantly, predictable in production. The open heifers are paternal sisters to the bulls and offer vast opportunities for both young and established herds. In this fancy pen are females that will be competitive or potential donor candidates and front paddock ladies that will offer endless earning power. Suitable for all types of programs and all types of budgets… these money makers should not be overlooked! The past winter’s Arctic Vortex has taken its toll… we urge you to semen test your bull battery to insure your breeding needs. Remember that you should buy them where you can find them… not when you need them, as these sires are ready for your breeding pastures. Plan to stop by the ranch anytime prior to the sale, have a tour of the bulls and their mothers. Feel free to give Robin a call to discuss the bulls and females… and those which will suit your genetic needs to move your breeding program forward. If we may be of assistance, prior to or sale day, feel free to contact any of the T Bar Team or myself, we will help you in a professional manner.
