Xiong’an 1.0 is year-long research and design studio catalog that features the work of MS in Architecture students from Fall 2017 and Undergraduate students from Spring 2018. The two studios worked within the MS in Architecture core research agenda—Design | Energy | Futures—to develop urban design proposals as well as post-industrial regeneration proposals for Xiong’an, a newly planned, non-capital functioned city. The book and research are sponsored by the Shenzhen Institute.
