PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

The use and redistribution of ‘Alphatron Oscillion VST for Windows 64 bit, Alphatron

‘Alphatron Oscillion Audio Unit for macOS’ ("Software") is subjec t to the following c onditions:

1. All c opyrights to the Software are exc lusively owned by the Author: Daniel Alberto Laisec a.

2. You (the user) have the right to evaluate this Software with trial limitations, provided the Software is not used for profit, inc luding but not limited to c reating patc h libraries and sounds for any piec es you are profiting from. Should you c ontinue use of the Software after your evaluation period expires, or use it for any profit, you shall pay the registration fee.

3. Release To Web (RTW): Syntheway utilizes the Internet for distribution for demos and registered versions. No physic al media are produc ed in this type of release mec hanism. The unregistered demo version of the Software may be freely distributed, with exc eptions noted below, provided the distribution pac kage is not modified in any way. No person or c ompany may c harge a fee for the distribution of the Software without written permission from the Author. The unregistered demo version of the Software may not be bundled or distributed with any other produc t without written permission of the Author.

4. Onc e registered your c opy will grant you the personal lic ense to use one or more versions of this produc t to its full extent, inc luding the royalty-free use of Syntheway software in your produc tions, rec ordings and / or performanc es. The user is granted a nonexc lusive lic ense to use the Software on one or several c omputers, for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered Software may not be rented or leased, or given away to the third

person. The Syntheway software Lic ense is non-transferable and fees are non-refundable. This software lic ense (inc luding update, upgrade and c rossgrade) is an intangible good for the life of the holder.

You may not use, c opy, emulate, c lone, rent, lease, sell, sampling, modify, dec ompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the lic ensed program, or any subset of the lic ensed program, exc ept as provided for in this Lic ense Agreement. Any suc h unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this lic ense and

may result in c riminal and/or c ivil prosec ution.
