Autokid partners with LTFRB for PUVMP NorMin caravan

THE Autokid, in partnership with the LTFRB 10, successfully conducted the PUVMP Caravan-Northern Mindanao today, February 20, 2023, at Grand Caprice Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

The caravan aims to promote the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program or PUVMP, and to provide assistance and education to the transport service entities in the region for the modernization of their PUVs.

The event was graced by LTFRB 10 director, Regional Director Aminoden D. Guro, Autokid Managing Director Jeff Rolida for Cagayan de Oro City, Autokid PUV Director for Financing, Ms. Jeannette R. Mercado, and LTFRB 10 Financial Analyst II, Ms. Marianne C. Ulep.

Also present were President of Donsals Express, Mr. Donald Ellarina, Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) -CDO Lending Officer, Ms. Aileen Manansala, Dyno-CDO Finance Branch Manager, Mr. Edmund Ryan S. Milan, Maybank-CDO

Declaration of Nullity of Marriage

O R D E R

Before the Court is a petition for declaration of nullity of marriage filed by petitioner through counsel Atty. Louie Leister I. Rosales.

Records check, the petition seeks leave of court to effect summons by publication pursuant to A.M. No. 02-11-10-SC and Section 16 Rule 14 of the Amended Rules of Civil Procedure. Moreover, the petition briefly states the following:

That petitioner and respondent are of legal age, Filipinos, married to each other; petitioner is a resident of block 8, Lot 11, Princess Homes IV, Brgy. San Vicente, Butuan City; while respondent is a resident of P-12 Relocation, Brgy. San Bancasi, Butuan City; while respondent is psychologically incapacitated to fulfill her essential marital obligations towards the petitioner because she does not love the petitioner as she always prioritizes her wants despite the fact that the petitioner already suffered accidents and has sacrificed enough for his family; she does not respect the petitioner in public and in front of his comrades despite the fact that her accusations are baseless and unfounded; and she is unfaithful and she entertains other men even when the parties are already sweethearts, it continued during marriage and worse, she was impregnated by a man other than her husband; the above disorders and abnormal behavior, which are root causes of the psychological incapacity, are chronic and constant; the incapacity which has its origin before the marriage is serious and appears to be clinically permanent and incurable; the same relevant to the respondent’s essential marital obligation towards the petitioner; its seriousness impairs the quality of the petitioner’s life.

Wherefore, finding merit in the motion, leave of Court to serve summons by publication is hereby granted. Petitioner is hereby ordered to cause the publication of this summons once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines at the expense of the petitioner. In addition, a copy of the summons shall be served on the respondent at his last known address by registered mail. Respondent, is hereby ordered to answer herein thirty (30) days from the last date of publication. SO ORDERED.

MARCIAL for and in consideration of love and affection, and as act of liberality and generosity, hereby voluntarily WAIVE all her rights and freely GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY all their share over the subject properties of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN (177) sqm. more or less in favor to VON CARK M. ADION, IKE G. MONTAÑO, ROBERTO G. MONTAÑO, OSCAR G. MONTAÑO, LAGRIMAS M. GAGNON, LIDA M. HEWITT, GIL G. MONTAÑO AND LIZA M. FLORO , of legal ages, Filipino citizens, all married and with the common residence at Don Carlos, Bukidnon, Philippines.

Subject however, to the liabilities imposed by Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, In favor of any other possible heirs, creditors and other persons who might be deprived of their lawful participation in the estate of the decedent, for a period of two years. That we hereby affirm that we have executed the foregoing instrument out of our own voluntary free will without force, intimidation or violence upon our person and have no claim or demand against each other.

7. That the said children-heirs hereby appoint ESTRELLA D. DOYDORA , their sister, as their true and lawful attorney-in-fact to perform any and all of the following acts and things, to wit; a) To manage administer the aforesaid real property. b) To respect and maintain the contracts assigned by our predecessors-in -interest and us in favor of Mt. Kitanglad Agriventure, the aforesaid land: c) To receive, collect and issue a receipt for any and all amounts due to the grantors under the Lease Contract that the grantors or their predecessors-in-interest signed with Mt. Kitanglad Agri-venture, and that, if the payment is in the form of check to encash, negotiate, discount, or otherwise monetize the check with any and all banks, financial institutions, or natural/ legal persons; d) To make such payments as are not usually considered as acts of administration; e) To effect novations which put and end to obligations already in existence at the time the agency was constituted; f) To compromise, to submit questions to arbitration, to renounce the right to appeal from a judgement, to waive objections to the venue of an action or to abandon a prescription already acquired. g) To waived any obligation gratuitously; h) To enter into any contract by which the ownership of an immovable is transmitted or acquired either gratuitously or for a valuable consideration; i) To loan or barrow money; j) To lease any real property to another person for more than one year; k) To create or convey real rights over immovable property; l) To ratify or recognize obligations contracted before the agency; m) Any other act of strict dominion; n) To demand, secure, accept, and issue a receipt for, all the monies or credits due me from the Mt. Kitanglad Agre-venture for any and all contracts entered into by me and or by said Attorney-In-Fact or any other person with the said entity.
