First Panlimbatuhan opens in Bukidnon’s Valencia City

VALENCIA City–– Mayor Jose “The Action Man” M. Galario Jr. has officially open the 1st Panlimbatuhan Festival in the City of Golden Harvest last December 18, 2013 until January 12, 2014 for the first time of the history of the City of Valencia was celebrated the big event under his administration.

To give a colorfull and symbolic of said event there was a torch parade doned by all Department Employees in the City of Valencia, business sector, all 31 Barangay’s, City Officials, national offices e mpl oye e s and NG O’s staff at the City Oval.
