Joseph Tessitore was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Tessitore received his B.S. in 1983 from Florida State University and his J.D. in 1992 from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Federalist Society.

Mr. Tessitore’s civil litigation practice includes the representation of clients in bodily injury, wrongful death and casualty suits, insurance and public entity, civil rights, commercial trucking, automotive negligence, and medical negligence, in both state and federal courts. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Tessitore is an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida.

Jessylin Polo Wiederhold Personal Injury Attorney

To be with her clients every step of the way is what drives Jessylin Polo Wiederhold in her practice of law. “I strive to be a light in my clients’ lives as they face difficult matters,” she says. Jessylin is a licensed attorney with the Florida Bar and founder of Polo Wiederhold Law, P.A. She has always been an active member in her community with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Jessylin began her legal career as a paralegal in personal injury. For over eight years, Jessylin diligently assisted in the representation of individuals who had been injured in automobile and slip and fall accidents. It was during this time that Jessylin’s passion for serving others inspired her journey of becoming an attorney. “I was blessed with that experience because it allowed me to take a step back, look at how firms were operating and how I would do things differently,” she says. Her experience allowed her to recognize opportunities to better serve clients.

Jessylin graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies with Summa Cum Laude Honors. During her time at UCF, Jessylin was an active member of Delta Epsilon Iota, The National Society of Leadership and Success, and Golden Key International Honour Society. Jessylin went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from Barry University,

Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law with Cum Laude Honors. During her time at Barry University, Jessylin received the High Honors Certificate in Litigation and Advocacy and numerous Book Awards, all the while serving her community as Secretary then President of Barry University, School of Law’s Rotaract organization.

As founder of Polo Wiederhold Law, P.A., Jessylin brings her passion for serving others to her clients in the areas of personal injury, transportation, insurance denial, construction, advanced directives, wills, trusts, and debt settlement. She is a member of the Middle District of Florida-Court's Bar, American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando.

Jessylin also serves as a pro bono attorney with the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.
