The quality assurance system for this medical product, that applies to both production and logistics, stipulates that it must be kept in refrigerated storage (at 36°F – 46°F). Interruption of refrigeration for transportation is permissible.
Straumann PrefGel must be kept in refrigerated storage (at 36°F – 46°F). Interruption of refrigeration for transportation is permissible. The package should, however, be placed in the refrigerator as soon as possible.
For this reason, Straumann® Emdogain is only shipped UPS Next Day Air and must be refrigerated upon receipt.
The normal terms of delivery apply for Straumann PrefGel. The right of return does not apply to Straumann Emdogain or Straumann PrefGel.
