Desert Color 820 W. Akoya Pearl Street, St. George, Utah Website: desertcolor.com Desert Color offers residents, visitors, and businesses the opportunity to experience a life connected to the outdoors while allowing residents to be connected to one another. The main land-use districts within Desert Color are connected by parks, natural wash corridors, and the mountain vistas beyond. The Shores Resort and Welcome Center at Desert Color are open for use, along with their 2.5 acre recreational lagoon, a spacious pool, and sunbathing deck. Most recently, Desert Color announced two newcomers to the development: Dixie State University’s extension campus and Big Shots Golf, which is under construction and slated to open in late 2021.

Dinosaur Crossing Location: 447 S. Mall Drive, St. George, Utah Anchored by the 123,000-square-foot Smith’s Marketplace, Dinosaur Crossing is a 26-acre commercial development that includes five multitenant buildings and pads. Dinosaur Crossing recently welcomed Mo’ Bettahs, Zao Asian Cafe, Menchies, and Taco Bell (under construction). Two pads and two units are available.

Commerce Pointe Location: Bluff Street and Blackridge Drive, St. George, Utah Commerce Pointe has proven to be a prime spot for retailers in the area and a huge contributor to the St. George community. Since breaking ground in February 2020, Commerce Pointe has powered through, opening with powerhouse retailers like Jersey Mikes, Mo’ Bettah’s, Blaze Pizza, Verizon, and Crumbl. Chick-fil-a has announced it’s second freestanding location in southern Utah, which will be located at Commerce Pointe.

Boulder Creek Crossing Location: River Road and 1450 S., St. George, Utah Boulder Creek Crossing is filling in quickly! In addition to the anchor building where Balance of Nature is headquartered, Tag-n-Go, Popeyes, and Dutch Bros Coffee are open and busy! Three new buildings are planned or under construction, including a new multi-tenant retail building, which will house some newcomers to St. George, including Spilled Milk Ice Cream and Cereal Bar, Mix’d Soda & Dough, 8 Moons Thai and Sushi and a second Dixie Meats location. Alta Bank will also be building their new location at Boulder Creek Crossing.
