He currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at CellCore Biosciences, focusing on enhancing operations and supporting growth through strategic technological initiatives. Before joining CellCore, he made significant contributions to SlimFast, where he helped expand the company’s e-commerce division, growing its revenue from $2 million to over $40 million. He is known for his ability to seamlessly integrate technology with business strategies to create actionable solutions that lead to success. Steve Sarafian grew up in Melrose, Massachusetts, and later attended Southern New Hampshire University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. After completing his degree, he began his professional journey at Health & Nutrition Systems, where he worked in various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT. This experience allowed him to develop a well-rounded perspective on how businesses operate and how technology can streamline processes, setting the foundation for his future career. In 2014, Steven joined SlimFast during a pivotal time when the company was transitioning to a more digital-first approach. He played a key role in developing the company's e-commerce platform, which allowed SlimFast to sell directly to customers. This led to the creation of ShopSlimFast, an omnichannel platform that helped the company expand its reach. Additionally, Sarafian spearheaded the development of the SlimFast Together app, which became a significant success, gaining over a million downloads in its first year. Under his leadership, SlimFast’s digital revenue grew significantly, increasing from $2 million to over $40 million between 2016 and 2021.
