If old buildings could talk this one would have quite the story to tell. The original building was built in 1928 by the International Harvester corporation as a regional hub. It was built next to the railroad line that ran through the St. Cloud area and was used as a receiving terminal for parts, supplies, and equipment for the agriculture industry. Equipment was assembled and stored onsite in the 33,000 sq. ft. cold storage warehouse area, then showcased in the 6,000 sq. ft. showroom on the first floor. Above the showroom and part of the warehouse was a 15,500 sq. ft. area that was used for administration offices and small parts storage. The total footprint of the building is 63,560 sq. ft. and sits on approximately 4 acres of land. 14 ■ ATTRACTIONS
