BrainScanology’s New Algorithm Could Objectively and Rapidly Detect Alzheimer’s and Other Brain Conditions Computational biologist David Nguyen, PhD, invented an algorithm that looks at MRI images of the brain in a new way, measuring shape instead of area and volume.
