Paul DeBenedittis 1988 is married and has four children; one child will be enrolled at Prep in September 2013. Kerriann Jannotte-Hinkley 1988 was married in August 2012 to Matthew Hinkley. She finished her advanced degree certificate in school district and school building leadership in April 2013.

1990s Jennifer Russo-Medici 1990 has been married to her husband Thomas since 1996 and they have two daughters, (Gianna and Isabella). Gianna will be a freshman at Prep this coming September 2013. Deborah Kleinheidt-Martinez 1993 reunited with Charlie Martinez (Class of 1993). They are now married and were expecting their first child in May. Nicole Schlott-Sullivan 1993 and Thomas Sullivan (1997) welcomed the arrival of their son Thomas Joseph Jr. on September 28, 2012. Elizabeth Owens-Mitchell 1996 and her husband Declan Mitchell ‘96 welcomed the birth of their daughter Molly Grace Mitchell on January 1, 2013. Christine Bruce-Caputi 1998 married Nick Caputi on December 17, 2010. They had their first child, Dana Nicole, on October 28, 2012. Cristina Georgescu 1998 has been accepted to Stony Brook University Pediatric Dentistry, Class of 2015. Kelli O’Donohue-Jendrasik 1998 has been teaching English at Valley Stream North High School for eleven years. She married Nicholas Jendrasik in 2007 and moved to Long Beach, NY. They recently completed renovations to their home after Super Storm Sandy.

Gregory Sahakian 1998 has worked with Sirius XM Radio as an Executive Producer for The Frank DeCaro Show for six years. He says, “It’s great that the career I love has allowed me to travel through the US and the world.” He married his college sweetheart Dawn in October of 2010 after a long courtship.

2000s Maria Milcetic 2002 earned her bachelor of science degree in biology and psychology summa cum laude at Rensselear in 2006. She went on to obtain her medical degree from Albany Medical College in 2009. She is now an instructor in the department of obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive biology at Harvard Medical School and is an associate obstetrician/gynecologist at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. Maria is also engaged to be married. Joseph Staszweski 2002 is Sports Editor at the Times Ledger was awarded a second place prize at the New York Press Association’s annual convention for Best Sports Feature for his coverage of the impact of Sandy on a high school volleyball program. Dianne Mondello-Melchiorre 2003 married John Melchiorre (Class of 2001) on June 29th, 2012 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Astoria, NY. Dianne is employed as a School Psychologist for the NYC DOE, while John is employed as a New York City Sanitation worker. Markos Papadatos 2003 had an opportunity to fulfill a childhood dream when he interviewed Mr. Hank Williams Jr., who is known as “Ol Bocephus”. Marissa Lombardo 2006 graduated from Hunter College and was accepted to Albert Einstein Medical School where she is in her third year and doing rotations at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx. She passed the Boards scoring 25 points over the National average. Giuseppe Adragna 2007 is engaged to Heather Scalisi; the wedding is set for July 2014. Nicole Bifulco 2007 Team USA softball selection in summer 2010 represented team USA in Australian Olympic style fast pitch tournament with other selected Division I athletes from around the U.S.A. Angela Debellis 2007 is currently in graduate school to earn a MSED in TESOL Education. She graduated in 2011 undergraduate from Queens College magna cum laude.

Kristina Dowling 2007 Graduated Binghamton University in 2010 with a B.A. Theater and continued on to Hofstra University and graduated in 2012 with an M.S.E.D. Early Childhood Education. Kristen Drosinos 2007 graduated summa cum laude from St. John’s University. She was named to College of Professional Studies Dean’s list from 2008-2011. She was also a member of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and College of Professional Studies Honor Society. Jacquelyn Nolasco 2007 graduated from Queens College with a double major in Accounting and Economics in Spring 2011. She finished her Masters in accounting and took the CPA exam. She has been working at a local tax firm since high school graduation that was recommended by her teacher Mrs. Frazier from the Business Department. She is truly thankful to Mrs.Frazier for this wonderful opportunity. Heather Scalisi 2007 is engaged to her high school sweetheart, Giuseppe Adragna, and plan to marry in July 2014! Antoinette Spina 2007 is attending Molloy College as a junior in the Nursing program. She was recently inducted into Sigma Theta Tau international honor society of nursing and received Dean’s list two consecutive semesters. Jennifer Sackowski 2009 was accepted to “Teach for America” in the Rio Grande Valley where most of the students in her class are “undocumented”. She has been studying about immigration reform and the experiences of undocumented workers and it made her think about the lessons learned in the SFP Franciscan Youth Movement. She wrote to Bro. James McVeigh, OSF, the SFP Franciscan Mission Coordinator to express her deep appreciation. “Although I did not really understand it then, I now find myself drawing upon things you tried to instill in us and I just wanted to let you know that I am forever grateful for your insight.” Nicole Lomangino ‘12 was voted New York City’s Top Softball Pitcher in a poll conducted by The New York Post.

Tom Pramberger ‘91 & Diane Falco-Pramberger ‘91 were married on July 14, 2012 and celebrated their holy matrimony at Montauk Manor, Montauk, NY. The St. Francis Prep community was well represented. Congratulations and best wishes!
