Phyllis Gambino ‘90 stopped at Prep for a photo with the statue of St. Francis on the way to her wedding!
Phyllis Gambino Skody ‘90, a Religion teacher at Prep, was married on July 18, 2009. Father Bill Sweeney, Prep’s Chaplain, performed the ceremony at American Martyrs and the reception was held at Immaculate Conception Center in Douglaston. In the true Prep spirit, many members of the Prep family, including faculty, staff, student body and some recent alumni, celebrated with Phyllis and William. Last year she was nominated by her peers to receive the Faculty Excellence Award. Phyllis now has to work even harder next year to top this! Congratulations to Phyllis and Bill!
