MISSION
Founded in 1960, the Allegheny County Medical Society Foundation has extended the reach of physicians into the community through grant giving to local organizations. The mission of the Foundation is: Advancing Wellness by confronting Social Determinants and Health Disparities. This mission works to fulfill an overall vision of a healthy and safe Allegheny County. Throughout the ups and downs of the past few years, the Foundation’s work has become even more important in supporting local non-profits.
As physicians, you know that it takes a village to keep the community healthy and safe. Please consider a donation to the Allegheny County Medical Society Foundation. Your donation will help the Foundation fund local non-profits in future grant cycles, and will help further the mission of the ACMS Foundation.
