SBU COLLEGE ACCESS PROGRAM

In its second year, the SBU College Access Program (formerly the Global Youth League College Access program) brings college prep resources and SBU’s strong college outcomes to 10th through 12th graders who do not otherwise receive adequate college counseling in their schools. Most program participants join from the Global Youth League recreational soccer program or partnering high schools. Eleventh grade students start the school year with the Liverpool FC Foundation’s 10-week Global Works Program.

10th Graders: Monthly College Prep Workshops for Youth and Families

11th Graders: Weekly Employability and College Prep Workshops

12th Graders: Weekly College Prep Sessions & Individualized Application Support
