TASTE AMERICA: LOUISVILLE
Louisville was one of 10 cities chosen by the James Beard Foundation as a stop on its popular Taste America tour. Held at Ashbourne Farms, the multi-course meal was prepared by notable local chefs in tandem with James Beard Awardwinning chefs from across the United States. Proceeds from the event, which included locally curated craft cocktails and silent and live auctions, served as a benefit for the Foundation, whose mission is to celebrate, nurture, and honor chefs and other leaders making America's food culture more delicious, diverse, and sustainable for everyone.
