Megan McNamara and Brandon Sholtis, both of Evansville, were married on September 23, 2023, at the Bottleworks Hotel. Megan is a merchandise planner for BaubleBar, an online jewelry company, and Brandon is a vice president at JP Morgan Private Bank. Their parents are Karen and Ken McNamara and Suzanne and Tim Sholtis. Megan says that one of the most delightful and surprising things during their ceremony was when the officiant shared testimonies about the couple’s love from their friends and
family. Adds Megan, “We know what our love means to the two of us, but we were blown away by how our love is perceived.” There was also a surprise “guest”, of sorts, at the wedding. As Megan and her father were about to walk down the aisle, the musician Dave Matthews, who was performing that night and was staying at the hotel, appeared in the hallway. He quickly congratulated Megan and wished her a beautiful day. The couple reside in the Fountain Square neighborhood. sl slmag.net
