Joseph Silvanus has been with Standard Chartered Bank for more than 27 years. He had earlier assumed the role of CEO Afghanistan, and the Regional Head, Development Organizations, Southern Asia. Prior to joining the Bank, he also worked with other renowned organizations like Pepsi Foods and Voltas in India. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Management and an honors degree in Economics.
Karen is the General Counsel of Standard Chartered Bank in ASEAN & South Asia. She started her career as a banking litigation lawyer and since then, held various legal and compliance roles with Singapore Exchange and several US investment banks including JP Morgan as Head, Private Banking Compliance, Asia. Karen has over 18 years of Legal & Compliance experience in the banking sector. Karen joined the Bank in 2009 and led the global compliance and legal teams for Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Research and Control Room based in HK and Singapore before taking up her current role.
