Smart City Anaheim’s Technician Lou Reyes (Technician) recently welcomed two new grandsons, Luca Kepler Chamberlain and Silas Nathan Reyes, in to this world. Luca was born in March measuring 21” and weighing 10lbs and 6oz. Silas came on May 7 at 7lbs and 8oz.
