Can you tell us a bit about your background and how you came to be the CEO of your family's mining recruiting company? My Father, Robert Schultz founded MRC in 1984. He ran the business from our home for a number of years and I served in a variety of capacities over the years, I knew how to answer the phone “MRC this is Lindsey, how can I help you?” at the age of 7 and
