33%

of employees would like more game experiences in their training

78%

describe that having gamification in the recruitment process would make the company more desirable

83%

Many companies use gamification for game-based learning and training. However, the applicability of gamification extends beyond just training, and includes the entire lifespan of the employee’s work journey. There are many well-known gamification examples in the workplace, while many have yet to be applied to the service industry, these clearly show a trend towards employee retention and engagement through gamification.
