Your lifetime journey of brotherhood next explores the issues faced by a servant leader, another crucial step towards becoming a better balanced man, so you can live the best life and achieve true happiness. Continuously i m p r ov i n g yo u r s e l f c r e a t e s t h e foundation. And you need to reach beyond yourself if you are to excel.

to balance your life with a Sound Mind and Sound Body. You learned how to take better care of yourself physically. You learned how to develop yourself mentally. And throughout it all, you learned about developing meaningful relationships based on dignity and respect. You experienced how your achievement of greater excellence in Virtue and Diligence benefits from the Brotherly Love of other SigEps. At the same time, you learned how your Virtue and Diligence makes it possible for you to enjoy the benefits of true brotherhood, the complete friendships of genuine Brotherly Love.

Part I prepared you for your lifetime journey. You became part of Sigma Phi Epsilon and learned what can connect you with your SigEp brothers, past, present, and future. You learned about the values and goals that define what it means to be a SigEp. You learned about the Ritua l that teaches how to build those values and goals into your daily life. You learned the words, symbols, and songs that help you better understand SigEp and your fellow SigEps. You learned about SigEp’s history in ways that deepen your pride in the difficulties Sigma Phi Epsilon has overcome and SigEp’s many innovations and accomplishments. SigEp’s history also sets the context that shapes Sigma Phi Epsilon today and tomorrow.

Part III draws on what you learned about the benefits of fraternalism and continuous development to enable you to become a better balanced man by becoming a servant leader, someone who is skilled at influencing people to enthusiastically work toward goals for the common good with character that inspires confidence.You will discover how your servant leadership incorporates Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love to build relationships and influence others. Your servant leadership can enable others to be the best that they can be so they can live the best life and enjoy true happiness. At the same time, your efforts advance you toward becoming a better balanced man, living the best life, and enjoying true happiness.

Expanding on Part I, Part II focused on you, specifically on the benefits of fraternalism and how you can excel as a better balanced man, who never stops challenging himself to become more excellent. You started building lifetime habits of making better choices
